Provincial People’s Committee – the local administration office - is elected to be People’s Council’s executive office by Provincial People’s Council. Provincial People’s Committee is supervised by People’s Council at the same level and offices at higher levels.
Provincial People’s Committee has the duty to execute Constitution, laws, official documents from higher level offices and Resolutionf from Provincial People’s Council a the same level in order to ensure the implementation of policies and solutions to develop provincial economy and society ; as well as reinforce national defense, security and other local policies.

Provincial People’s Committee executes local funtions of state management in order to ensure the consistency of the leading and managing in the state’s administration system from central to grassroots level.
